We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, communicative person to foster online dialogue about Grist, and find PR opportunities with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and other experts in data management and productivity.
We are a software startup building Grist, a new kind of data organization software. Grist combines the best ideas of spreadsheets and databases, to let individuals and small businesses organize their data better, and make them more productive.
You’ll be joining the unique combination of a small team in early stages of growth, and a well-developed ambitious product with great potential.
We are looking for a combination of strong communication and research skills. You will be responsible for finding influencers and writers who could bring Grist to the right audience, as well as finding speaking opportunities at trade/tech shows. You will also monitor social media channels to seize opportunities for engagement. You will have an opportunity to engage with Grist customers through Grist’s community forum and support queue to better understand who uses Grist, why, and how to reach others like them.
