Ep. 4: One weird trick to stop duplicating your data! feat. Sherri

Anais looks at a grant management spreadsheet that needs to connect multiple tables of data into a proper information tracker… WITHOUT duplicating any information. Watch as she takes Sherri’s valiant first effort and turns it into a first-class workflow that shows off and makes efficient use of Sherri’s important data and hard work.

Here, the key is having one primary table with all the grant information, and then slicing and dicing it to get different views of the same data. No duplication, and everything is always up-to-date.

As usual, Anais goes “dashboard overboard”, adding a comprehensive activity tracker and multiple views with graphs and charts filterable by useful time periods.

Ep. 3: Spreadsheets coming out of my ears! feat. Sarah

In this episode, Anais once again goes a bit overboard, building out a solution for Sarah’s catering business with full order tracking, profit calculations, hour breakdowns and more!

Ep. 1: Marc and the Big Formula

Marc needs a spreadsheet that will help him on his Monday morning sales meetings, but also let him play around with data. Unfortunately, at the center of Marc’s current Excel doc is a monster IF() statement that requires manual edits to update. Not ideal!

Can Anais decipher the load-bearing formula and come up with a more sustainable solution? Or will she drown in an ocean of conditionals…
